One on One answering any questions via zoom or other video conference app you have within the allotted time or going over the following in the allotted time and more: -fees -pros and cons (do and don'ts) - must haves or what to have for more explosure -finding SEOs & comparing shops -reviews -using etsy for more and future leads Each Session comes with a play back video of the session (for personal reference use only and is not to be resold)

Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours to cancel an appointment in order to get a full refund. If you do not cancel in the allotted time you will only be able to reschedule up to two times before losing full payment.
